From Humble Beginnings to a New Era of Luxury

In 2009, we opened Holly Candle Shoppe in downtown Holly, Michigan with a simple goal: to create candles we were proud to make and proud to share.

At the time, we felt too many candles were missing something. They looked beautiful, but the experience stopped there. We believed a candle should be thoughtfully made from the inside out, with a fragrance that feels right, a burn that performs, and a quality you can appreciate every time you light it.

That belief became the foundation of everything we built.

Over time, our candles became part of the homes and traditions of our customers. They filled spaces during the holidays, welcomed family and friends, and became familiar favorites people returned to year after year. Customers shared them with others and helped Holly Candle Shoppe become known as Your Neighborhood Candle Place.

After more than fifteen years of creating candles, we felt it was time to begin a new chapter.

Monarch Candle represents the evolution of our vision. A more refined expression of what we have always believed a candle should be: thoughtfully crafted, beautifully designed, and created with intention.

The name has changed, but our standards have not.

It is a reflection of where we have been and where we are going, carrying forward the dedication and purpose that have guided us from the beginning.
