Processing & Shipping 

We believe the experience of receiving your order should be as exceptional as the product itself. Each order is hand-poured to order and shipped with meticulous care, typically within 3-4 business days, with the exception of weekends and public holidays. For destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories, please allow for extended transit times.

During periods of high demand, such as major sales or the festive season, we may take a little extra time to ensure your package is flawless. A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you as soon as your order has been prepared. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

All orders are shipped from our manufacturing HQ in Michigan. Orders will be shipped during business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on holidays and weekends will be processed on the next available business day.

Summertime Shipping 

To preserve the integrity of your candles and prevent melting, all orders placed from Friday through Sunday during the summer months will be shipped the following Monday. This ensures your luxury candles arrive in pristine condition.
